Bill: SB 398
A licensed milk producer with 20 or fewer cows would be allowed to sell raw milk. Current regulation does not allow raw milk to be sold for human consumption. Under the bill, on-farm sales would be required to have signs telling the public that "raw milk products are not pasteurized" and bottles would require "raw milk" labels.
